Life in the University
Life in the University of the Philippines Mindanao is a rare opportunity given to anyone. And because it’s rare, I immediately accepted the challenge of being part of the said school. I never really dreamed of studying in the university but it’s ironic that UP was the only school I had taken an entrance exam with. No choice, I had to! But well, anyone could say UP is everything they could dream of. I could say that, too! And for the past months of my stay in UP, I really could say that it’s really a one-in-a-million school. It’s totally different. Professors are excellent, subjects are amazing, buildings are far away from each other and God seems so silent… Well, I could say that because I was raised in a Christian school. God was respected, He was adored… but in my current school? He’s blasphemed, questioned and even doubted. Well I don’t blame them for that nor do I hate my new school but it’s an entire eye-opener for me. I get to face reality and learn oppression some people get. I even am interested in politics and in the society, too. Well, that was our 1st lesson in British Literature, one of the major subjects in my course. It’s exciting and it’s really fun!
Life in the University has a lot more in store to come! :D

Hey, it’s me! My picture would be the 1st post I will have in this personal blog. I am a 16-year old lady of the Pearl of the Orient Seas, the Philippines. I am in 1st year-College, and I am taking up Bachelor of Arts in English Major in Creative Writing. I am sporty, I speak English better than others and I mingle excellently. :)
Some say I’m pretty in physique but I think I don’t. I’m simple and friendly, approachable in some areas except money! :P Hahah.
